Pulavé was founded in 2025 by two friends - working moms, and one big dream: to blend their love of India, street culture, and unapologetic style into something you can wear.

What began as late-night sketch sessions turned into a mission — to design graphic tees, hoodies, and sweatshirts that are as bold and unique as the people who wear them. We are on the path to embrace our loves, likes and dislikes in a world that's too limiting.

Pulavé empowers self-expression through streetwear while celebrating the rich heritage, pop culture, and unapologetic joy of India.
India taught us unity in diversity and that our uniqueness is what binds us together. Just like the dish Pulav, it's global and it has many variations.
Our collections represent all the things India loves - traditions, pop culture, movies, cricket, food and festivals.
Every drop is designed with intention, and every piece tells a story.

Pulavé = “Pu”rnima + “La”avanya — but really, it’s all about the family.

Like KJo says, it’s all about loving your family — and ours inspired this journey. We wanted to show our kids that if you’ve got a dream, you hustle and make it happen. Pulavé celebrates the joy of loving what you love — whether that’s Balayya’s dance moves or bingeing Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives.

And while the face of the brand is two working moms, the backbone is two families (shoutout to the husbands!), and yes — the kids may be slowing us down at times, but they’re also our biggest cheerleaders. If you’re a parent, you know what's that about.
